DISTRICT COURSE OF STUDY

SDUHSD offers a broad 学习科目 in grades 7-12 based on the California Content Standards, 框架, and Instructional Materials adopted by the California State Board of Education.

课程 and content standards are designed to encourage the highest achievement of every student, by defining the knowledge, 概念, and skills that students should acquire at each grade level.

框架 are blueprints for implementing the content standards adopted by the California State Board of Education (SBE) and are developed by the 课程 Development and Supplemental Materials Commission.

The 课程 Development and Supplemental Materials Commission, commonly called the 课程 Commission (CC), is an advisory body to the California SBE on curriculum and instructional materials in accordance with Education Code Section 33530-33540.
